End-User Terms

These terms apply when you download, install, or play Island Rally. The game is published by Island Racer. If you do not agree, do not install or use the game.

Licence

Island Racer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Island Rally on compatible devices for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the distribution platform.

Game and availability

Island Rally is an offline arcade racing game. It does not provide accounts, online multiplayer, purchases, advertising, token rewards, or cash prizes. Features, compatibility, and availability may change through updates. We may correct defects, change content, or stop supporting a version when reasonably necessary.

Acceptable use

You must not use the game unlawfully, interfere with its operation or a device's security, distribute malicious or modified copies, bypass technical protections, or present yourself as the publisher. You may not commercially redistribute the game or its assets without written permission. Rights provided by mandatory law, including lawful interoperability or reverse-engineering rights, are not restricted.

Saved data

Progress and preferences are stored locally. Clearing application data, uninstalling, device failure, or operating-system behavior may erase them. Keep any device backups you consider necessary. The privacy notice explains local data and support correspondence.

Intellectual property and references

The game software, original artwork, music, sounds, and original promotional materials are protected by intellectual-property law. Credited third-party photographs and data remain subject to their respective licences and ownership.

Vehicle and manufacturer names are used descriptively to identify historical cars. Their trademarks, logos, and trade dress belong to their respective owners. Island Rally is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those owners. The game uses original vehicle geometry and does not include manufacturer badges or sponsor decals.

Safety

Play in a safe setting. Take breaks and stop if you experience discomfort. Do not use the game while driving or operating machinery. Game performance and vehicle behavior are fictional and must not be treated as driving instruction.

External services

The game may open optional photo-credit links in your browser. Third-party websites and the Play Solana distribution platform operate under their own terms and policies. Island Racer does not control those services.

Warranty and liability

The game is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Island Racer does not make warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Island Racer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the game where such limitation is lawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Ending these terms

You may stop using the game and uninstall it at any time. Your licence ends if you materially breach these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, liability, and any accrued rights continue where their nature requires it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for legal, security, platform, or game changes. Updated terms will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
