Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Island Rally handles information. Island Racer publishes the game and is the contact for privacy questions.
Information stored on your device
Island Rally stores the optional driver name, race history, best times, selected car and track, difficulty, camera view, language, control options, sound, music, and gauge preferences locally on your device. The game does not require an account, wallet, legal name, or email address to play.
These records stay on your device. Island Racer does not receive them and does not operate an online leaderboard. They remain until you clear the application's data or remove the application. Device backup behavior depends on your operating system and device settings.
Advertising, analytics, and purchases
The game contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, purchases, token rewards, or third-party telemetry integration.
External links
The Photo Credits screen can open source and licence pages in your browser. If you choose to open a link, the destination website may receive standard connection information and applies its own privacy notice. All gallery images needed by the game are bundled locally.
Support correspondence
If you contact Island Racer, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, protect the game and users, and meet legal obligations. This processing is based on responding to your request and our legitimate interest in providing support.
Support messages are accessible to the email and hosting providers needed to receive them. They are retained only while needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary support records, or comply with legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Provider processing may occur in other countries subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Local driver names are optional; use a nickname rather than a legal name. A parent or guardian may contact us with a privacy concern.
Your choices and rights
You can change game preferences in the game and can remove local records by clearing the application's stored data. Clearing data may permanently erase saved times and preferences.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning support correspondence, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
Platform services
Play Solana and your device operating system provide their own distribution, account, device, and backup services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy notices and is separate from Island Rally.
